Recovery Pictures

Here are some pictures of my recovery from Bells Palsy.  It was a long journey for me. It certainly felt like a long time but in retrospect, I don't really think it lasted that long!  Well, here I am sharing my pics for the first time ever!!

This is me about 1 month after onset.  I thought I would stay like this forever!  I felt sad and depressed.  But with time, I did begin to heal!

I began to SLOWLY recover my smile.  Honestly, watching grass grow was faster than my healing!  I truly felt that way for a long time!  This was about the 3 month mark and I began regaining hope again!

 Feeling confident at this point and great about my healing!  I actually went out of my house with my husband to have a good time!

I can't exactly remember when I took this picture but I want to say this is my 1 year mark.  I still have synkenisis, but I look back at how I started, and thank GOD on a daily basis that HE allowed me to heal this much!
